Romanian is a Latin language, so that I can understand most of your message! I think that the Latin America's potential for bio fuels production is tremendous, but it is mandatory to take advantage of the climate and cultivate non-edible plants like Jatropha and maybe Miscanthus if possible! The land will also be a problem, but if you chose wisely the damage can be mitigated.
If you are interested, I will be happy to exchange ideas regarding bio fuels, insurance, recruiting and coaching!
